Because each bow is handmade to order, we do not accept returns. However, if product arrives damaged, or order is incorrect, please contact us and we will be happy to make it right!
Current order processing time is 5-10 business days, not including weekends or holidays, also, all of our products are made in a place where lives dogs. Please keep that in mind when ordering.
